Activate your pass

You should have a recieved an email or letter from the issuer of your pass. You will need the following information to activate your pass:

• Your email address
• Your Date of Birth
• Your PostCode
• The Pass Authorisation Code

Once you have activated your pass, you will be given a link to the ctxGoPass mobile app that you can share to the phone\tablet you will use to show your pass.
